When several people share a home, workplace, or responsibility,
individual ability is only part of the picture. The group also
needs consistent safety rules, clear communication, and a shared
understanding of how equipment should be handled.
Training together allows every participant to hear the same
instructions, work from the same terminology, and be assessed
against the same safety expectations. It also makes differences in
experience visible early, so the instructor can adjust the session
without lowering the standard.
The format changes according to the size and needs of the group, but
the core principles remain consistent: disciplined preparation,
safe handling, progressive instruction, and individual
accountability.
The standard applies to every participant, without exception.
